WELCOME!

We are a new home business based out of Drayton Valley, Alberta. Our makeup is all natural,or as natural as it can be...micas and other Ingredients need to be broken down to be cosmetically safe, and are vegan. We also have a very creative girl that makes her own jewelry, she came up with the concept of Rish Wrap's after a much needed vacation to the Dominican, and has a found a new love for feathers, check out her Handmade Dangler Earrings and Hair Pieces!. She loves to shop too, so make sure you check out her fun vintage finds, from old school makeup mirrors to funny little trinkets!

We are currently working on a fresh start for BlushBaby,so stay tuned, we will be adding cosmetic brush's, foundations, primers, glitter, blush's and of course more pigments!

Did you know - According to a 2007 report by the Telegraph, the average woman absorbs a little under 5lbs of makeup a year. And, if that weren't bad enough, those 5lbs of makeup contain a slurry of chemicals the aggregate effect of which has never been properly studied (although it is known that prolonged exposure to some may cause cancer and advanced aging). Which means not only are you putting your long-term health at risk, but you're paying for the privilege."

Our new makeup contains absolutely no Talc, Parabens or Bismuth Oxychloride. Bismuth has been known to cause skin reactions and it chemically resembles arsenic so you should be careful to check the ingredients list of the makeup you use!

The Mineral Pigments can be used as eyeshadow, eyeliner, in clear nail polish, as blush and even in your painting/craft ventures (except blues, only for eyes).

Eyeliner:
Use a 1/4 angle liner brush Wet brush and dip lightly into the desired color. Apply to lash line. Make-up tip: Touch a wet eyeliner brush into the color and mix on palette until desired consistency is reached. Add powder or water to adjust consistency.

Nail Polish:
Using clear nail polish, touch one side of the polish brush lightly into a color and paint onto your nails. Mix and blend colors to create a shade that is uniquely you!

For Lips:
Apply a clear gloss or lipstick to your lips. Touch a lip brush or your finger into the desired color and blend it right on your lips. You can also mix a whole container to create your own shade of gloss or lipstick to take with you on the go.

Bronzer:
Using a white lotion, mix a small amount of your desired color and the lotion in your hand or on a palette until you find a shade that is perfect for your skin. Apply to your face and body to keep your summer glow all year long!

Temporary Hair Highlights:
Apply color using a damp brush matching desired width of highlight. Dip brush into desired color, and apply to hair starting at root to end in one smooth stroke. Set color with favorite hairspray. Tip: Use this technique to add flare to dull hair color or to touch up roots in between colorings!

Eye Shadow:
Using a brush, clean fingers or sponge applicator, dip lightly into the color and apply to lid just like any other eye shadow! Apply using a damp applicator for a more dramatic look. For a matte finish and to neutralize oils use a makeup base.(were in the process of creating our own!!)
